PART 1 : GENERAL SUPPORT

No, you do not need to create an account for enquiry or do online purchase.

It will be good to create an account to save time for your next enquiry / online purchase. Creating an account also allow you to view past enquiries / online purchases.

Different items have different MOQ. Please look out for the MOQ under each item.

There are 2 ways to make an enquiry.

(1) For items with Pricing

Select the item, in the colours, specs and quantity you looking at

Input as much info as you can in the Remarks field, and upload your artwork (if any) to us, and click Save Remarks, before Add to Cart.

If you need to enquire more than one item, add each of them separately.

When you are done adding the items you want to enquire, go to Shopping Cart, and Proceed to Checkout.

Fill in your details under Personal Information, Address, and Shipping Method.

Under Payment / Request for Quote, select Request for Quote (no payment required).

Sit back and we will revert to you asap.

 

(2) For items with NO Pricing

Select the item, input as much info as you can in the Remarks field, click Save Remarks , before selecting ENQUIRE NOW.

Ensure your Subject is under : Product Enquiry.

Fill in your details and upload your artwork (if any), and send your enquiry to us

Sit back and we will revert to you asap.

Select the item, in the colours, specs and quantity you looking at

Input as much info as you can in the Remarks field, and upload your artwork (if any) to us, and click Save Remarks, before Add to Cart.

If you need to purchase more than one item, add each of them separately.

When you are done adding the items you want to purchase, go to Shopping Cart, and Proceed to Checkout.

Fill in your details under Personal Information, Address, and Shipping Method.

Under Payment / Request for Quote, select Proceed to make payment by PayNow / Card.

We will contact you for confirmation before we proceed for production.

PART 2 : CUSTOMISED CORPORATE GIFTS RELATED

Yes, you can. Select the option with NO Printing, and proceed to check out. The items will be on their way to you.

Yes, you can. Please indicate your requirements accordingly and upload the print ready high resolution (usually 300 dpi) artwork file in the correct print size.

PART 10 : OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES RELATED

Warranty will be by the manufacturer accordingly.
No, you cant. Once confirmed, order cannot be exchanged or refunded.

PART 11 : ARTWORK AND UPLOAD

We strongly recommend that you upload .pdf format when you are sending your artwork for printing online to us.
Just in case, we do also accept these file formats as well : .jpg, .pdf, .ai, .eps, .psd, .tiff, .tif, .zip, .png If you have Microsoft Office files, you'll need to convert them to .pdf format for our team to be able to open and print the files.

Generally, we need the artwork colour to be in CYMK, and resolution to be in 300 dpi. If you have specific pantone code requirements, please let us know.
Please refer to individual category for specific requirements.
Yes, we can. Once you've placed your order, we'll check your artwork file in terms of printing file resolution. We will not help you to check the contents for spelling, grammatical, alignment errors etc. If there are any issues, we will contact you via call or email.
If you do not hear from us, your file is most likely able to print with no problems.
Yes, we can. But charges may be applicable depending on the extent of adjustments.

PART 12 : ORDERING AND PAYMENT

We accept several payment methods including
(1) Credit Cards – Visa / Master / Amex
(2) Paynow to UEN201619609R

    Upon placing order, you will receive a Order Confirmation email within 24hours.

    Once order is confirmed, we do not allow any cancellation / refund.

    PART 13 : DELIVERY

    Enjoy free delivery when your total purchase reached $200 & above (before GST). For orders below $200, delivery fee will apply. Please refer to delivery fees schedule for different tiers.

    You may arrange to self collect from our office at:

    Collection timing will be on appointment basis.

    We deliver to any address in the main island of Singapore only. Surcharge will apply if delivery is to Jurong Island or Sentosa. We do not deliver to offshore Singapore islands.
    We allow delivery to one location with each order confirmation.
    If you require us to deliver to multiple address, additional delivery charges will apply. Please refer to delivery fees schedule for different tiers.

    The order will be delivered to the shipping address you provided when submitting the order.

    If you need to update your address prior to the allocated delivery schedule, please email us at admin[at]dbywayservices.com[dot]sg

    If you have provided a wrong delivery address and we went to the wrong address, a re-delivery charge of $20 + gst will apply.

    We will update you of your allocated delivery date and time via email or message, at least 3 days in advance prior to delivery day.

    If you are unable to receive the delivery during the allocated date and timing, please update us within 24hours upon receipt of the email at admin@dbywayservices.com.sg or message to .

    If you inform us after 24hours to reschedule delivery, admin charges of $10 + gst will apply.

    Our delivery hours are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Our delivery hours are from 10am to 8pm.

    For your convenience, when you place your order, please indicate in the remarks what day/time the delivery should be avoided.

    If you are not at home during our delivery:
    (1) We will try and contact you to get your confirmation that we can leave at your doorstep, and take a photo to send to you for confirmation.
    (2) If we are unable to contact you to leave at the doorstep, we will bring back the items and contact you for redelivery. Please note that redelivery charge of $20 + gst will apply.

    If upon inspection, you notice that the products or services are damaged, you must specifically note the damages and send a photo of the damage immediately to admin[at]dbywayservices.com[dot]sg within 3 working days of delivery. We will not consider any complaints about defects or damaged goods after 2 working days have passed after the delivery.

    If we validated your claim for damaged or defected product, we can at our discretion to either:
    (1) Do a reprint / replacement for the damaged or defected quatity and arrange for delivery to you at no charges
    (2) Refund the pro-rate amount for the damaged items, whereby we will take the total invoice amount before GST and divide by the total quantity ordered, and multiplied by the damaged or defected quantity.

    Regardless of reprint / replacement or refund, we will need to collect back the defective items.
